Our Services

• We provide consultation on NDT Procedures and write and endorse certified ASNT Level III in Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT), Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT), Visual Inspection (VT) & Ultrasonic Inspection (UT).

• We review current NDT programs and customize and write a ASNT Written Practice per ASNT TC 1A, CP-189, or NAVSEA.

• We provide needed training per ASNT TC 1A, CP-189 & NAVSEA to certify inspector in RT, MT, PT, UT, & VT. This training will include hands on training and familiarization with all equipment.

• We provide consultation and write WPS (Weld Procedure Specifications), PQR's (Procedure Qualification Records), & WQR's (Welder or Welding Operator Records) in accordance with ASME, API, AWS, & NAVSEA.

• We provide the needed destructive testing for the records (listed above) which can include tensile testing, bend testing, charpy impact testing, hardness testing, ferrite testing, & micros and macros sample review - per ASME, AWS, API, & NAVSEA.

• We review current quality assurance and control programs and provide consultation on structure and personnel. We recommend and write the needed procedures in accordance with your program and the Codes you are working to.

• We review ISO 9001 documentation and provide external auditing in preparation for upcoming audits and review of the program.

• We provide Level III representation for internal and external requirements including representing your company in meetings and we can be your appointed Level III for ASME, AWS, API, or NAVSEA - if required.

• We provide radiographic film review and auditing in accordance with ASME, AWS, API and/or NAVSEA.

• We provide evaluation per Veriforce for inspection as well as testing per Veriforce requirements as a Veriforce Evaluator.

• We review entire manufacturing/fabrication organization for flow, communications, and structure to ensure the correct personnel are in the correct positions and the flow of work is at maximum efficiency.
